Tasks
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- A significant part of your working time will be spent on maintaining client relations and communicating with candidates
- You will use internal and external databases to find the most suitable candidate for the position
- Throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes, you will be responsible for contacting, interviewing, and submitting candidates
- You will maintain contact with our clients in both Hungarian and English, and you may meet them during business negotiations and client meetings
