Genpact is looking for an RTR Manager with English to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization, oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, and mentor the financial accounting team.
Tasks
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.
- Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing the management of Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation.
- Review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Previous experience in R2R, General Ledger, Banking Capital Market, Financial Accounting or a related accounting area, Team Management
- Experience with Process Standardization
- Knowledge of Financial Analysis Reporting, Intercompany Accounting, Record To Report (R2R)
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- English -- Advanced - C1
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
