Our continuously developing HR service company, operating for over 20 years, is looking for a new specialist who is happy to take responsibility for recruitment projects for blue-collar, white-collar, and management positions. With us, you don't just fill a position: you run your own projects, work directly with clients, make professional decisions, and accompany the selection process from the first approach to successful placement.
Tasks
- Build and maintain partnerships, actively keeping in touch with our clients
- Independently manage the recruitment projects entrusted to you
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process from needs assessment to successful onboarding
- Actively search, contact, and prescreen potential candidates
- Organize and conduct interviews, and prepare professional assessments of candidates
- Continuously coordinate with candidates and clients
- Handle all administration related to the projects
- Represent our company in person at professional events, gatherings, and other partner forums

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HR / recruitment / headhunting
- You have a higher education degree
- You communicate in English at least at an intermediate level
- You communicate confidently and persuasively both orally and in writing
- You work well independently while also fitting in well with a team
- You prioritize well and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You are motivated by seeing tangible results from your work
