This vacancy is within the Business Platform Integral Planning & Control (IP&C). IP&C is responsible for developing flexible flight schedules that enable KLM to fly where and when there is demand. The work you do has a direct influence on decision-making regarding flight planning and, consequently, on KLM's day-to-day operations.
Tasks
- Gathering, specifying and translating user requirements into new functionalities.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement for users and processes.
- Supporting the Product Manager with tasks such as roadmapping, impact analyses and prioritization.
- Facilitating business changes and supporting users through this process.
- Collaborating with engineers and other Business Product Analysts.
- Applying and critically assessing data governance guidelines, such as data ownership, access management and documentation.

Requirements
- A higher professional education or university degree with 4 years' experience working on data-intensive projects.
- You have an interest in data analysis, operational processes and IT systems.
- You are able to translate information needs into KPIs, metrics, reports and interactive dashboards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python is an advantage.
- You find it easy to establish and maintain contact with stakeholders and know how to build rapport.
- You have good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
