Tasks
- Control of technological processes and raw materials
- Performance of analytical and microbiological tests
- Sampling of raw materials and finished products, documentation of results
- Recording of test results and maintenance of related documentation
- Calibration and checking of laboratory and line measuring instruments
- Checking the compliance of required reagents, chemicals, and laboratory materials
- Compliance with quality assurance and food safety regulations
- Cooperation with the laboratory, production, and related departments

Requirements
- Secondary vocational qualification in the food or chemical industry
- 0–1 year of experience in a food laboratory
- Ability to work in 3 shifts
- Basic computer skills
- Precise, reliable, and rule-following
- Good problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a team and open to new knowledge
