The German-headquartered METRO store in Ferencváros is looking for a Cashier, Merchandising and Sales Associate. Duties include fast and accurate scanning of products, customer service, merchandising, and shelf replenishment.
Tasks
- Fast and accurate scanning of products and precise revenue accounting
- Flawless, fast, cooperative, and helpful customer service at the register
- Special attention to billing product packaging, packaging types, and returnable containers
- Strict adherence to cash handling, currency exchange, bank card payment, and deferred payment regulations
- Accountability for entrusted cash and cash equivalent documents
- Ensuring product safety and scanning by barcode properly in every case
- Professional customer service
- Aesthetic merchandising in compliance with regulations
- Shelf replenishment, continuous expiration date control
- Checking and replacing shelf labels, price tags, and signs
