Wiedenmann Kft. is looking for an experienced Production Controller who is confident in a production environment to join its Beledi team. In this position, you will work as an active business partner with production, finance and related departments, linking production processes, ERP data and financial results to support management decisions.
Tasks
- Continuous analysis of production costs, comparison of actual data with budget, forecast and standard costs.
- Investigating major production variances, including material usage, labor time, machine time, scrap, rework, overtime, overhead costs, and external machining.
- Identifying operational causes of variances in collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, quality and logistics areas, and quantifying their financial impact.
- Monitoring productivity, capacity utilization, efficiency, and workforce utilization.
- Participate in daily and weekly production meetings, validate the reasons behind deviations and follow up on the defined actions.
- Analysis of inventories, semi-finished products and work in progress.
- Development, maintenance and uniform application of production KPIs.
- Creating and developing daily, weekly and monthly management reports and dashboards.
- Contribution to monthly closing, annual planning, rolling forecast and standard costing.
- Analyzing the financial impact of development and investment projects and measuring planned savings and results.
- Automate reporting processes and improve the quality of ERP and master data.

Requirements
- Economic, technical or similar higher education degree
- Understand production processes, the relationships between capacity, material consumption, working time recording and bottlenecks
- Advanced Excel knowledge and practical ERP experience
- Ability to communicate in English or German at a working level
- Analytical, precise and independent approach
