Folyopart Energia Kft., founded in 2008, is a Hungarian energy company focused on the exploration and production of hydrocarbons. We are seeking an oil and gas industry experienced Chief Financial Officer / Head of Finance to manage and drive strategic planning, lead all financial activities, and support key commercial and investment decisions in a full-time, Budapest office-based role.
Tasks
- Lead and oversee the Company's financial operations, ensuring effective financial management and control.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and shareholders, supporting key business, investment and financing decisions.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, OPEX/CAPEX management and financial risk.
- Lead financial modelling and economic evaluation of oil and gas projects and investment opportunities.
- Supervise accounting, taxation, audit and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the internal Finance team and coordinate external service providers, driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls.
