You will be prepared for the successful operation of a store through an intensive, five-week interactive trainee program.
Tasks
- Comprehensive and practice-oriented training in store management, management toolsets, and operational activities
- Five one-week professional modules based in Ecser, featuring real-life situations and group tasks
- Direct coaching and daily professional support from the designated store manager mentor
- Successful completion of the official store manager exam as the conclusion of the preparation process
- Taking over the management of your own store utilizing the acquired skills
