A Hungarian-owned trading company with a stable market position is looking for a Development Team Lead to work in Budaörs.
Tasks
- Managing the daily work of the development team, task allocation, resource planning.
- Coordinating and monitoring the work of external development partners. Providing professional mentoring and guidance to team members.
- Personally performing Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) duties: initiating, planning, scheduling, managing, and controlling IT projects; professionally supporting and assisting the IT BA in their daily work.
- Continuous, active communication and liaison with business areas — this is one of the key elements of this role.
- Active participation in system design, testing, and potentially programming.
- Prioritizing the needs of business areas, creating a development plan based on the IT strategy.
- Participating in the development team's code reviews as needed.
- Initiating and introducing new, innovative IT solutions.
- Leading BA board meetings, coordinating the alignment of development specifications with business areas.

Requirements
- min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, software development, at least at a medior level.
- Experience with integrated systems and version control, knowledge of task management tools (JIRA).
- Leadership / mentoring affinity.
- Strong project management and business analysis experience, confident business communication.
- AI knowledge for DEV, models, agents, skills, AI-assisted sw development frameworks — BMAD/GSD/GitHub Spec Kit/OpenSpec/etc.
- Experience in managing a remote (HO) team
- Good communication and organizational skills.
