We are looking for a Regional Manager for the Eastern Hungary region at Ecofamily. If you are comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and want to contribute to the success of a steadily growing, dynamic Hungarian company, join us!
Tasks
- Coordinating daily operations, professional supervision, and proactive performance monitoring of 6--12 stores in the region
- Analyzing revenue and operational metrics (KPIs), developing action plans to increase efficiency and profitability
- Applying corporate operating principles, retail standards, and internal processes uniformly and consistently across the network
- Providing professional mentoring to store managers, supporting their managerial competencies, and identifying development areas
- Collaborating with central departments, representing local needs and business development proposals
- Actively participating in new store opening preparations and implementation phases
- Monitoring compliance with legal and internal regulations, timely identification and management of operational risks
- Continuously tracking relevant market trends and competitor activities, incorporating gained experience into daily practice

Requirements
- Higher education in a commercial field
- 3--5 years of relevant professional experience in an FMCG environment
- Residence in northeastern Hungary, mobility within the region
- Strong business acumen, structured systems thinking, and a result-oriented attitude
- Confident, decisive, and supportive leadership approach, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Independence, proactivity, credibility, and a high level of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, as well as empathy and constructive partnership-building abilities
- Category B driving license and confident, active driving experience
- High-level, confident user knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) and digital tools
