Our partner company is an international consulting and service company supporting the world's leading automotive brands in sales, service, and customer experience. Due to the expansion of their Budapest team, we are looking for technically minded professionals who would like to use their automotive experience in an office-based, international environment.
Tasks
- Analysis of technical problems based on cases coming from brand service centers
- Interpretation of diagnostic data, fault codes, and documentation
- Providing professional support to service centers and technicians in German
- Developing repair and troubleshooting recommendations based on factory specifications
- Tracking of technical cases and administration in various systems
- Collaboration with international teams and experts
- Forwarding more complex technical problems to the relevant specialist departments

Requirements
- Active, confident command of German
- Communicative English proficiency
- Experience in one of the following areas: automotive technical support, vehicle diagnostics, automotive repair, service workshop operations, warranty administration, technical customer support
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technical interest and customer-oriented mindset
