We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a global Platform Engineering organization supporting critical services across enterprise-scale platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, automating, and continuously improving production infrastructure while working closely with application, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
Tasks
- Operate and maintain Linux-based production environments (primarily RHEL)
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities, including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and capacity planning
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives utilizing Terraform and OpenTofu
- Administer and optimize enterprise storage platforms, including NetApp ONTAP, NAS, SAN, and data protection solutions
- Support cloud infrastructure and storage services within AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, storage, networking, and application issues
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call support rotations
- Implement security best practices and support compliance requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2)
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable services
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with: Linux administration (RHEL preferred), Ansible automation, Shell scripting and Python, Git-based workflows, Terraform and/or OpenTofu, Enterprise storage technologies (NetApp ONTAP, NAS, SAN), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of: Infrastructure automation, Performance tuning and capacity planning, Security and compliance practices, Production environment support
