Service Technician Team Lead

Tasks

• Professional and operational management of the test and service engineering team (4 people), motivating them and ensuring the technological background in custom electronic product manufacturing.
• Maximizing the metrics of production test equipment (FPY, OEE, Runtime), ensuring optimal equipment utilization and efficient maintenance processes.
• Ensuring the reliability of test equipment.
• Long-term maintenance and development of testing process capability, minimizing production costs and scrap generation.
• Preserving and improving customer satisfaction through high-level management of service processes for internally defective and RMA (customer return) products, and root cause analysis.
• As a data-driven leader based on statistical analysis, driving systemic and continuous quality, cost, and capacity improvement actions along the PDCA cycle.
• Supervision of the ESD area, conducting ESD audits.

Conditions & benefits

Requirements

• Electrical engineering degree (specializations in Microelectronics, Electronic Design, Control Engineering/Automation, Embedded Systems, etc.)
• 3-5 years of professional experience in electronic test engineering
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience
• Experience in electronic circuit troubleshooting and product repair
• Conversational English and native-level Hungarian proficiency
