The SAP Project Manager is responsible for managing a specific sub-projects or streams within the S4 Transformation program and other department relevant projects, delivering the defined project outcomes. The SAP Project Manager participates in the project preparation, starting with the definition of initial client requirements, directs the project's planning and implementation tasks, coordinates the team to ensure the successful completion of project tasks and aligns with parallel sub-projects to manage dependencies.
Tasks
- responsible for managing the Quality Management and Plan-To-Maintain streams throughout the whole lifecycle of the project
- assembles the project team, directs scheduling, task planning activities and resource planning
- coordinates and supports the project team in carrying out its tasks and monitors project performance
- ensures that project deliverables are produced to the appropriate quality standards
- oversees the work of participating suppliers throughout the project
- regularly prepares and communicates status reports to stakeholders
- communicates with project stakeholders and manages their expectations
- coordinates tasks related to project closure

Requirements
- SAP knowledge (QM, PP, WM, MM), SAP S/4HANA knowledge is advantageous
- Quality management process knowledge QA, QC) is advantageous
- Fluent English oral, written and presentation skills
- Ability to guide project teams and drive project objectives without necessarily having direct authority
