We're looking for a Recruiter to join our multinational partner's recruitment team in Budapest. You'll work closely with hiring managers, recruit for a variety of roles, and help candidates move from that first conversation to an accepted offer.
Tasks
- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and salary discussions.
- Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other relevant channels.
- Conduct screening calls and HR interviews, exploring candidates' experience, motivation and expectations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and agree on recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, keeping candidates informed along the way.
- Keep recruitment records up to date and contribute to regular hiring reports.
- Occasionally represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
