Kallos Cosmetics, a Hungarian-owned cosmetics manufacturer present in international markets, is looking for an experienced FP&A and controlling expert for its financial team to support the company's profitability.
Tasks
- Financial planning and forecasting: preparation and coordination of annual business plans, budgets, and rolling financial forecasts.
- Business performance analysis: examination of revenue, margin, cost, and profit variances, preparation of plan-vs-actual and period-over-period comparisons.
- Management decision support: compilation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and decision-making analyses.
- Profitability analysis: evaluation of the financial performance of products, customers, sales channels, and business units, identification of development opportunities.
- Cash flow and liquidity planning: preparation of financial forecasts, identification of risks and business opportunities.
