We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our partner in Nyíregyháza! Duties include supporting the plant manager in personnel recruitment and management, implementing the 5S system, and optimizing production processes in accordance with IATF 16949 automotive quality management system requirements.
Tasks
- Supporting the plant manager in recruiting, scheduling, and managing production personnel.
- Designing the production workshop layout and comprehensive coordination of production materials.
- Implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of the 5S management system.
- Supporting the plant manager in achieving production and quality goals, regular review of factory performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implementation, optimization, and compliance of manufacturing processes in accordance with the company's IATF 16949 automotive quality management system requirements.
- Participation in preparing for internal audits, implementing and following up on corrective actions in the production area, and keeping audit checklists and related documentation up to date.
- Coordinating customer audit preparations and organizing internal training sessions.
- Standardized management of production-related documents and records.
Requirements
- Higher education (BSc / BA or higher). A degree in engineering, quality management, production management, or related fields is an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of production management experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of the 5S system, experience in process optimization
- Lean experience
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a strong team management mindset.
