Tasks
- Processing customer complaints, identifying and solving the problems causing the complaints.
- Maintaining contact with customers and sales offices.
- Organizing and supporting line audits.
- Preparing areas for customer audits.
- Supporting system audits.
- Conducting and commissioning tests related to the product, production process, and system.
- Collecting and analyzing measurement data.
- Communicating the introduction of new products/projects, preparing related documentation, and evaluating initial samples.
- Introducing and reviewing corrective and preventive proposals.
- Monitoring and reviewing customer-specific requirements.
- Preparing reports and holding presentations for management and customers.
- If necessary, part sorting and rework at the customer's site.

Requirements
- Higher technical education.
- At least intermediate (B2 level) English proficiency.
- Confident computer user skills.
- An advantage: Internal Auditor qualification.
