Veolia Water Hungary Kft. is a market-leading membrane technology company. We are looking for a Production Support Specialist for our membrane plant in Oroszlány to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and create a safe working environment.
Tasks
- Deep professional and technical knowledge of production equipment, development of the production process, increasing and harmonizing productivity, gradual quality improvement, active participation in projects aimed at achieving cost reduction goals
- Development of new manufacturing processes for existing products, providing necessary parameters for the improvement of production machinery
- Management and execution of production efficiency improvement projects
- Close cooperation with the R&D/Manufacturing Engineering team during the introduction of new products
- Management and development of change management processes
- Professional coordination and training of production support staff, shift supervisors, team leaders and operators
- Fault analysis, root cause search, management and execution of scrap reduction and quality improvement tasks
- Scheduling production plans with capacity and headcount calculation
- Close cooperation with related departments to ensure smooth plant operations
- Monitoring PQCDSM productivity factors, taking necessary measures

Requirements
- Engineering degree in a technical field
- 2-3 years of experience in production and quality assurance processes
- Strong analytical skills, experience in process optimization
- Statistical analysis skills
- English language skills
- Systems mindset, project-based thinking
- Good collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Basic computer skills
