Tasks
- Managing and coordinating a production team of 30 people
- Daily organization of production processes and lines
- Tracking production and rework orders
- Ensuring material supply, reordering when necessary
- Enforcing compliance with technological and 5S regulations
- Managing quality, scrap, and residual materials
- Liaising with the warehouse, Quality, and logistics areas
- Managing working hours and HR administration
- Handling and escalating emerging issues

Requirements
- Secondary education
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule (4-shift work schedule - 3 days morning + 3 days off, 3 days night + 3 days off)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Determined, responsible attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge and practical application of the 5S mindset is an advantage
