For our international pharmaceutical partner, we are looking for a QC Microbiology Sterility Team Leader. In this position, you will be responsible for the operational management of the microbiology laboratory team performing sterility, bioburden, and endotoxin testing, ensuring GMP compliance, and supporting professional processes. The role includes participating in audits, reviewing microbiological methods and SOPs, handling deviations, and supporting local and international projects.

Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in natural sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory in a cGMP environment
- Professional proficiency in Hungarian and English
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GxP, Ph. Eur., USP, and JP regulations
