The Executive Site Leader will provide leadership for the Hungary site with over 500 employees. The site is the center of excellence for our metallics and composites parts. The Executive Site Leader will provide oversight to the operations as well as to all enabling functions such as finance, HR and digital.
Tasks
- Provide leadership to all organizations and individuals in the plant to meet customer requirements for safety, delivery, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Provide development of staff leaders to guide plant and support organizations
- Work with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organizational requirements
- Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in safety, delivery quality, cost, schedule, compliance and safety
- Establish and maintain the plant vision for success
- Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving
- Provide leadership development and performance feedback to the plant staff
- Establish and maintain positive corporate citizenship through community organizations and the media
- Work with local legislative bodies to promote decisions with a positive impact on the business
- Develop and track expense and investment budgets with the input of each organization
- Establish and adjust an organizational structure that best supports the plant goals and measurements
- Drive Flight Deck culture and methodology

Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and extensive experience in aviation manufacturing, services, or repair activities experience
- Demonstrable manufacturing leadership experience.
- Strong Lean expertise in driving transformation and FLIGHT DECK
- Proven ability to drive change and transformation
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Organizational change management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of products and processes for customer requirements, and budgeting
