We are looking for a Test Team Leader to coordinate our Test Systems team and its daily activities, plan resources, and drive continuous improvement of test processes.
Tasks
- Lead and coordinate the Test Systems team and its daily activities.
- Plan resources, priorities and workload in line with project and business needs.
- Ensure the timely and quality-compliant delivery of test system engineering tasks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers and partner departments.
- Support team development, onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of test processes and solutions.

Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in engineering, test systems or industrial automation.
- Initial or established experience in team coordination or people leadership.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to set priorities, make decisions and manage parallel activities.
- Collaborative, reliable and solution-oriented working style.
- Good English skills; German is an advantage.
