Marseus Computer Kft., a well-established Hungarian IT company with over 25 years of experience, is looking for a new team member to join our growing e-commerce and retail division in Budapest.
Tasks
- Inspect, refurbish, and prepare laptops and PCs for resale.
- Install, configure, and test Windows operating systems.
- Perform keyboard language conversions and keyboard refinishing.
- Manage webshop and marketplace orders.
- Prepare, quality-check, package, and dispatch customer orders.
- Provide professional customer support via phone, online channels, and in person.
- Handle warranty requests and customer inquiries.

Requirements
- Has a genuine interest in computers and IT hardware.
- Is precise, reliable, and well-organized.
- Enjoys both hands-on technical work and customer interaction.
- Can work independently and takes pride in delivering quality.
- Experience in IT refurbishment, e-commerce, marketplace operations, Windows installation, or customer service is an advantage.
- English language skills are a plus.
