We are looking for experienced HR professionals to prepare the presence of our international SSC partner in Hungary. The company is launching its operations domestically as part of a new investment, offering an exciting professional opportunity.
Tasks
- Designing the foundations of HR operations in Hungary, implementing local processes and systems.
- Active participation in organizational setup, headcount planning, and recruitment.
- Development of internal regulations, operational frameworks, and administrative processes related to HR.
- Close cooperation with local management, providing professional support in organizational development and employee matters.
- Supporting the local adoption of corporate values and organizational culture.
- Continuous liaison with the international HR organization and external service providers.

Requirements
- Higher education in HR or a relevant field.
- Several years of comprehensive HR experience, either in a generalist or leadership role.
- Business proficiency in English, confidently used in an international work environment.
- Independent, solution-oriented approach and good organizational skills.
- A mindset where strategic thinking and operational execution both play an important role.
