We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the PENNY team. Real responsibility awaits you managing 5-6 stores in your region, supported by an intensive onboarding mentorship program and long-term career path.
Tasks
- Supporting and developing the full operations of your stores
- Recruiting, training, and motivating your team
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators
- Coordinating new store openings and remodels
- Liaising with external partners
- Daily travel within your region

Requirements
- Degree in Economics
- Management experience in grocery retail
- Willingness to travel and work weekends
- Entrepreneurial mindset, dynamism, assertiveness
- Empathy and excellent communication skills
- MS Office literacy, Category B driving licence
- English language skills are an advantage
