Diligent is the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions. We are looking for a Staff/Principal Product Engineer / Builder to take a defined problem and own the solution end to end, using AI agents as your primary means of turning direction into product.
Tasks
- Shape the approach and use AI to bring products to life by directing several AI agents in parallel
- Design, build, and ship working software end to end
- Know what to build, what not to build, and prove reliability through evals, testing, and review
- Establish patterns, prompts, evals, and guardrails for AI-native engineering
- Mentor engineers and share what works across teams
