We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Support Analyst to join our international customer support team in Budapest. In this role, you will support customers of a leading brand in the consumer electronics and smart home technology industry, helping them get the most out of their devices and resolving technical issues.
Tasks
- Provide customer and technical support in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.
- Guide customers through technical solutions in a clear, patient, and professional manner.
- Handle product and service enquiries, customer complaints, and order-related questions.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution.
- Investigate technical problems and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Deliver accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and follow established support procedures and data protection guidelines.

Requirements
- French language proficiency to confidently support French-speaking customers.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a BPO environment.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics, technology, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi/WLAN, Bluetooth, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
