Our client is a stable, growing, internationally owned, market-leading logistics company dealing with mixed wholesale logistics and complex warehousing services. They recently moved to a brand new, modern facility in Alsónémedi. The successful candidate will join a close-knit, local 4-person finance team that collaborates closely with the corporate financial hub in Krakow.
Tasks
- Maintain and develop the controlling system to support business processes.
- Actively participate in month-end closings and prepare regular financial reports for the parent company.
- Contribute to annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting.
- Conduct internal profit and cost analyses, investigate plan vs. actual variances, and track relevant KPIs.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and decision-support materials for management, and engage in cost-optimization and efficiency projects.
- Create, update, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Assist the sales team during tender processes by compiling financial data, ROI calculations, and pricing information.

Requirements
- Higher education degree in Economics (specialization in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a controlling role.
- Confident, active B2 level English (essential for daily communication with the financial hub in Krakow).
- Advanced MS Office skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Owning a personal vehicle is mandatory to reach the Alsónémedi office due to lack of public transportation.
