Upon taking this position, you will manage end-to-end selection processes for technology roles, from assessing recruitment needs to making the offer.
Tasks
- Managing the E2E selection process for technology positions, from assessing recruitment needs to making the job offer
- creating job postings, identifying the most effective search channels
- incorporating direct search and headhunting into daily activities
- prescreening and interviewing incoming candidates
- maintaining ongoing contact with business areas and HR Business Partners
- preparing statements and reports
- keeping the ATS (SAP SuccessFactors) up to date
- performing administration related to the recruitment process
- continuously following new market trends, knowledge sharing
- participating in process development and projects
- representing our company at job fairs and events

Requirements
- higher education degree
- min. 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate environment
- significant experience in sourcing
- intermediate active English proficiency
