At NIIT, we're transforming the way the world learns, for the better. We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with a strong background in solution-based selling and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on sales management experience, a proven track record of developing sales professionals, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
Tasks
- Design and deliver effective sales training programs focused on solution selling, consultative sales techniques, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Leverage practical sales and sales leadership experience to develop sales professionals and enhance team performance.
- Facilitate classroom-based and virtual training sessions for sales teams across the assigned region.
- Develop training materials, presentations, exercises, and role-play scenarios based on real-world sales situations.
- Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs and participate in onboarding sessions and meetings with stakeholders.
- Assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Adapt training delivery to different audiences, business requirements, and regional needs.
- Travel within the assigned region as required to deliver training sessions.
