Tasks
- Handling and coordinating customer complaints from receipt to closure.
- Tracking 8D processes, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
- Maintaining contact with customers and internal departments on quality issues.
- Professional support for customer audits and visits.
- Analyzing quality metrics, preparing reports, and developing improvement proposals.
- Quality support for new product introduction projects (APQP/PPAP).
- Managing quality documentation and participating in continuous improvement projects.
