We are looking for a senior project manager with significant experience in selecting CRM platforms and managing CRM system implementations and migrations. The goal of the project is to develop an integrated CRM solution concept, support the selection of the right platform and supplier, and plan the implementation.
Tasks
- Coordinating the CRM platform selection process
- Managing project preparation and related tasks
- Supporting the RFP process and supplier selection
- Coordinating the evaluation of supplier proposals and solutions
- Developing the CRM implementation concept and roadmap
- Determining project resource requirements and implementation plan
- Reviewing risks and contractual aspects related to implementation
- Collaborating with business analysts and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Significant experience in selecting CRM platforms
- Experience gained in CRM system implementations and migrations
- Senior project management experience
- Project planning, coordination, and risk management experience
