Tasks
- Analysis of the end-to-end process chain, identifying data and system-level connections.
- Identification of development opportunities and process deviations.
- Analysis of process capability and performance, preparation of improvement proposals.
- Redesign and optimization of processes using Lean principles.
- Conducting root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa).
- Identification of quality risks (e.g., FMEA).
- Definition and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Integration of quality requirements into new processes and systems.
- Application of DMAIC and Lean methodologies.
- Development of process improvement proposals, professional representation in projects.
- Quality support for the introduction of new processes and systems.
- Conducting training sessions.
- Introduction of quality tools within the organization.
- Professional support for operations.
- Professional support for project teams in solving process, data, and system issues.
- Representation of quality requirements in project meetings and decision-making preparations.

Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- 3--5 years of professional experience in quality management or process development.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma and practical experience.
- Strong analytical and systemic thinking.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach.
- Quick response and flexibility to changing environments and priorities.
- Communication-level English proficiency in both spoken and written forms.
