Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in industrial robots and robot cells, and executing and documenting planned preventive maintenance at our partner in Kecskemét.
Tasks
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in industrial robots (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, etc.) and robot cells
- Troubleshooting PLC controls, HMIs, frequency converters, servo drives and safety systems
- Executing and documenting planned preventive maintenance (TPM, PM)
- Calibrating robots, creating backups, saving and restoring programs
- Checking sensors, camera systems, welding controllers, pneumatic and electromechanical units
- Checking electrical cabinets, fixing cabling faults, replacing components
- Supporting equipment modifications, improvements and commissioning of new machinery
- Preparing fault analyses and developing permanent solutions
- Documenting maintenance work in the CMMS/Infor LN system
- Cooperating with production, quality, technology and external service partners
- Strict compliance with occupational safety, electrical safety and LOTO regulations

Requirements
- Secondary education in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems
- Basic PLC troubleshooting skills (Siemens, Omron, Beckhoff or similar)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience with robot controllers is an advantage
- User-level knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software
