- Resolving customer issues and improving internal processes.

Requirements
- You have a few years of experience in inside sales.
- You communicate confidently in English and French, both orally and in writing.
- You have experience in preparing quotations and handling orders.
- You are customer-oriented, have a commercial mindset, and are precise.
- You have good communication and problem-solving skills.
- You work independently, but are also effective in a team.
