The Program Manager is part of a team, leading and steering all PMCC projects/programs through ProLaunch stage gates. He/she is accountable to drive projects/programs, actively challenging content, intervening and redirecting activities if necessary.
Tasks
- Leading and steering all PMCC projects/programs through ProLaunch stage gates
- Drive projects/programs, actively challenging content, intervening and redirecting activities if necessary
- Planning projects/programs together with Product Line & Eng., incl. required resources
- Monitors project execution and reports status/outcomes, incl. associated risks and mitigations to the project
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment while balancing priorities and conflicting objectives
- Work closely w/- matrixed leadership teams to ensure financial and operational objectives are met
- Monitors the project budget, staffing requirements and reporting
Requirements
- University degree or similar education
- 3-5 years' experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering, Operational and/or Product Management
- Strong experience in project management methodologies
- Fluent in English
- Experience in risk management
- Proven leadership skills to lead without direct authority
- Good skills in verbal & written communication/presentation
