Our goals include making both our customers and employees proud of the Telekom brand, which we achieve through our premium services and products, and social responsibility, among other things. You will be the face of this brand, you are the first person the customer meets — so the impression you make will be the first thing that comes to mind when they think of Telekom!
Tasks
- Assess the needs of customers visiting the Telekom store and offer them the best solution keeping customer interests and company goals in mind
- Focus on complex sales solutions (cross-selling, up-selling)
- Provide consultative advice tailored to customer needs
- Demonstrate devices and services to customers
- Handle customer complaints when necessary
- All this according to the opening hours of the Telekom store — including weekends — 40 hours per week
