Lexa is an AI-powered legal research platform helping lawyers and legal professionals find relevant legislation and case law faster and more reliably. As Product Manager, you will own Lexa's product development, turning user needs and business goals into concrete development plans all the way to launch.
Tasks
- Shape and continuously update Lexa's product strategy and roadmap together with leadership
- Run market and user research: user interviews, discovery processes and competitor tracking
- Define and document product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Prioritize the backlog and coordinate sprint planning and delivery with internal and external developers
- Coordinate feature releases and go-to-market with the marketing, sales and customer support teams
- Define and track product KPIs, run product analytics, and design and evaluate A/B tests
- Coordinate how legal, data protection and AI regulatory requirements (GDPR, AI Act) are built into the product, working with our legal experts
- Report regularly to leadership on product status, results and risks
