The role of the preventive maintenance technician is to perform periodic maintenance and inspection tasks on equipment within their responsibility, identify the causes of faults, and maintain production continuity.
Tasks
- Performing periodic maintenance and inspection tasks on equipment within your area of responsibility during daily preventive maintenance
- Identifying the causes of faults related to maintenance tasks and resolving them
- Recording and tracking maintenance tasks — entering completed tasks into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Continuous monitoring of equipment to maintain production continuity and efficiency
- Minimizing equipment downtime (lost production time) in close cooperation with production colleagues
- Performing and supporting project maintenance tasks on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements
- Relevant secondary vocational education with a high school diploma
- Relevant professional experience
- Accurate, precise working style
- Willingness to work day shifts (Mon-Fri 6:00-14:00)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Openness to learning and acquiring new knowledge
