The Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems Kft. plant in Miskolc is looking for a Production Support Engineer. Our goal is to develop top-quality technologies and services while growing and inspiring each other together.
Tasks
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of documentation regulating manufacturing processes (Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan).
- Elaboration of work instructions, visual aids, and other production standards.
- Handling, tracking, and coordination of deviations and production issues.
- Supporting rework processes.
- Monitoring and improving production KPIs (OEE, IDC, FPY).
- Day-to-day production support to achieve quality and volume targets.
- Technical coordination of process, product, and raw material changes.
- Supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into production.
- Documentation and validation of changes, and updating related manufacturing documentation.
- Participation in designing processes for new production equipment and technologies.
- Defining process requirements and supporting the development of equipment technical specifications.
- Participation in pre-acceptance at the supplier's site and on-site acceptance of new production equipment.
- Coordination of installation, commissioning, and integration into production.
- Maintaining contact with equipment manufacturers and external partners.
- Participation in joint projects with related departments
- Maintaining contact with production departments of international plants
- Assisting in the execution of internal and external audits.

Requirements
- Higher education in engineering
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar field
- English language proficiency in speaking and writing
- Open-mindedness, independence, good problem-solving skills
