Tasks
- Ensuring production continuity, investigating and resolving any manufacturing deviations and non-conformances
- Analyzing and evaluating production data to maintain competitiveness
- Planning and optimizing the production schedule
- On-site monitoring of ongoing production
- Creating and updating manufacturing documentation
- Using and maintaining LEAN / OPEX tools
- Preparing cost analyses
- Participating in production-related projects to increase competitiveness
- Designing manufacturing processes required for the introduction of new products
- Ensuring EHS compliance in the production area
- Initiating plant changes, participating in their implementation, and coordinating the rollout

Requirements
- Degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
- You are energetic
