Hungary's leading HR service provider is looking for a new colleague for the Professional Service Delivery Leader position to manage white collar recruitment in the eastern region.
Tasks
- Building and developing long-term partnerships with key strategic clients, proactively identifying client needs.
- Supporting our clients' business goals, creating new cooperation opportunities and joint projects, coordinating their implementation.
- Supporting business development activities, identifying new business opportunities, actively participating in sales processes and client negotiations.
- Continuous development of our services considering market trends and client needs.
- Professional and operational management of the consultant team, effective planning and coordination of tasks and resources.
- Tracking team members' performance, supporting their development, motivation, and career progression.
- Defining business and operational objectives, monitoring KPI achievement, developing necessary action plans.
- Participation in strategic and financial planning, compiling forecasts and budgets, responsibility for achieving revenue targets in the area.

Requirements
- Higher education
- Relevant professional experience in white collar recruitment and consulting
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Relevant experience in a leadership role
- Service background, market knowledge
- Flexibility, willingness to travel - category B driving license and driving routine required
- Strategic mindset, ability to make confident decisions in complex situations
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and independent work
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and resources
