Tasks
- Conjugation of antibodies and fluorescent dyes in accordance with manufacturing instructions
- Execution of preparative purification steps (e.g., SEC chromatography, operating AKTA systems)
- Precise, up-to-date, and audit-compliant maintenance of manufacturing documentation
- Identification and documentation of deviations, and active participation in their investigation
- Ensuring quality parameters according to prescribed requirements
- Active participation in process improvement and Kaizen projects
- Close cooperation with QC, QA, and other supportive areas

Requirements
- BSc/BA degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field
- Relevant laboratory experience (advantage: protein purification, conjugation techniques)
- Precise, responsible, and reliable work ethic
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Openness to teamwork
- Knowledge and management of manufacturing documentation (e.g., batch records, SOPs)
- English communication skills (primarily written)
