Ford Business Solutions is looking for an Author for technical publications to join our Aftersales team in our Szentendre office.
Tasks
- Coordinating the publication of vehicle service check sheets and wiring diagrams.
- Creation of vehicle rescue cards.
- Calculation of service labor times for service check sheets.
- Coordinating, reviewing and solving service check sheet, wiring diagram and rescue card related dealer complaints.
- Working jointly within the global and regional Customer Service Engineer (CSE) teams including design for service, service tools, diagnostics and service parts.

Requirements
- Business fluent English skills
- Proficient in the use of common MS-Office applications
- Likes to work in a team and shows strong communication skills
- University or College Degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in repairing and diagnosing vehicles is an advantage
- Experience with Teamcenter, Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage
- Experience with authoring content management systems is an advantage
