Tasks
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Achieving the store's sales and financial targets.
- Smooth management of daily store operations and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and processes.
- Organizing and managing the store's commercial activities.
- Maintaining the store's image in accordance with the company's Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Managing, motivating, training, and coordinating the sales team.
- Close cooperation with the Area Manager to continuously improve store appearance and performance.

- At least 1-2 years of management experience in women's fashion retail or a similar position.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Initiative and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Computer literacy at a user level, especially MS Office applications.
