With over 30 years of professional history, our stable industrial company specializes in the high-quality manufacturing of lifting machines, cranes, steel structures, custom machinery, as well as assemblies and parts for construction equipment. We are looking for a project manager for our team who will coordinate processes, keep tasks under control, and ensure that everything goes according to plan from order to delivery.
Tasks
- Project initiation, scheduling, task lists and milestones creation, and continuous project tracking.
- Coordinating the work of technology, procurement, production, and quality control.
- Continuous control of deadlines, commitments, and project costs.
- Customer relations, coordination and documentation of negotiations and changes.
- Timely identification of deviations and problems, managing their solution.
- Preparation of weekly status and financial reports, compiling customer statements.
- Keeping project documentation up to date, leading project-related meetings.

Requirements
- You have experience gained in project management or project coordination.
- You not only track tasks, but also actively ensure their implementation.
- You understand the interrelation of capacities, costs, technical content, and deadlines.
- You are an independent, proactive, and solution-oriented person.
- You communicate assertively and clearly, and are able to coordinate the work of multiple disciplines for a common goal.
- You confidently use Excel and project tracking tools.
- You have already gained experience in a metalworking, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing environment.
- You have a technical degree and have no problem with the ability to read technical drawings or understanding production technology processes.
