Tasks
- Participation in translating supply chain data into scheduled production plans
- Monitoring component availability and tracking backlogs
- Assisting in the creation and modification of purchase requisitions and orders for inventory materials
- Maintenance of basic logistics parameters and SAP master data
- Assisting in tracking inbound and outbound shipments, verifying standard Idoc communication (e.g. shipping notifications/DESADV), and troubleshooting basic system errors
- Close cooperation with internal production, warehousing and quality assurance departments to adjust plans to short-term demand fluctuations

Requirements
- Active or (under 25) passive full-time student status
- Higher education studies, preferably in business and management, supply chain management, engineering management or a related field
- Commitment to at least 4 days per week long-term, for a minimum of 1 year
- Negotiation-level English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset and exceptional attention to detail
- Accurate, reliable and independent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient MS Office (especially Excel) skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
