Sentec is a Swiss-American medical device company specializing in respiratory care. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain software components for our innovative medical systems using C++, Qt, and Yocto.
Tasks
- Develop and maintain software components for Sentec's IPV and tCOM+ systems using C++, Qt, Yocto, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and system architecture
- Refactor and optimize legacy codebases to improve maintainability and scalability
- Contribute to technical documentation and regulatory compliance efforts
- Contribute to a new connected data-management and remote-monitoring platform

Requirements
- University degree in a technical/scientific field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with C++ and C for embedded real-time systems
- Familiarity with IEC62304 and medical device standards is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
